The Client Services Executive will sit within a top performing Relationship Management team for a highly prestigious Wealth Management firm. The role involves dealing with client queries including day to day account opening, trading on portfolios, payments, and general investment administration such as processing asset transfers and cash transfers.
The Client Services Executive will diligently monitor transfers of cash and assets to and from clients' accounts, taking trade orders on portfolios and executing the trades. Responsibilities include recording all money movements on a daily basis and reporting weekly funds.
The role also requires assembling all necessary documentation for Client Meetings, including presentations, meeting materials, review documentation, and confidential information. Preparing new and maintaining existing private client files, including scanning and filing client documents, ensuring compliance with company standards is essential.
Data inputting in the CRM system to ensure information is correct and entered properly is also part of the role.
The Candidate:
- Possess a minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a similar Client Services or Client support role within an Investment Management company or Private Bank.
- Ideally have experience in client account opening and executing client orders on portfolios.
- Hold an IOC / IAD qualification or be interested in working towards it.
- Have strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Avaloq or something similar.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
