The Role
The experienced Senior Mortgage Advisor will join a highly regarding Private Bank in Central office, working alongside Senior Relationship Managers with their Middle Eastern client base.
The Senior Mortgage Advisor MUST be a fluent Arabic Speaker, who will be working with UHNW International and Middle Eastern clients who are purchasing UK property.
The Senior Mortgage Advisor will secure the best UK Mortgage solutions and will tailor this to the needs of the HNW clients, trustfully delivering a personalised service.
The Senior Mortgage Advice given will be supporting clients in either purchasing their first property, re-mortgaging, or purchasing additional properties within their portfolio.
The Senior Mortgage Advisor will conduct thorough assessments of HNW clients' financial situations to identify suitable mortgage products that are on offer – keeping up to date with Mortgage products and also Regulatory changes in the market.
Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time, liaising with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to facilitate a smooth handling of the Mortgage Application process.
The Candidate:
A strong track record in giving Mortgage Advice – Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products and the UK property market.
Arabic Speaker – Fluent
CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice)
Excellent communication skills, and a First Class Client approach
