The Company: An established Investment Management firm with UK and International clients, specialising in Ultra High Net Worth and Investment Management and Wealth Planning / Advice.

The Role: The Senior Financial Planning Administrator will sit within the Wealth Planning business, providing financial planning and investment advice to wealthy individuals. The role includes:

  • Providing Client Services Support to Financial Planners and Directors, maintaining high standards for clients.
  • Arranging meeting packs for client meetings.
  • Client onboarding (setting up new clients on the system).
  • Implementation of financial advice – liaising with pension and product providers.
  • Pre-completion of forms for new and transferring pensions, protection and ISAs, and submission of forms to providers.
  • Investment implementation by placing trades with platform providers to implement investment advice.
  • General administration including client queries, correspondence, client valuations, and fees.
  • Financial Planning research and support including writing suitability reports.

The Candidate:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in Financial Planning administration / Wealth Planning Support.
  • Experience of Voyant or Xplan would be highly desired - or similar Wealth Planning systems.
  • A strong focus on providing a high level of client service.
  • Experience in pension administration and life business would be beneficial.
  • Well-organised with strong time management skills.
  • Professional and meticulous – strong attention to detail.
  • Committed to learning and developing.
