The Role:
THIS ROLE IS A 3 DAY A WEEK PART TIME POSITION – 8.30am – 5pm, based in London.
The Payroll & Benefits specialist will sit within HR and will be responsible for payroll submission and oversight, also supporting of the Benefits process, including Pension enrolment, within this top highly regarded Wealth Management and Financial Services firm.
The Payroll & Benefits specialist will oversee the Payroll process from a HR perspective ensuring the monthly payroll submissions and calculations are completed in an accurate and timely manner and uploaded to the Payroll provider.
The Payroll & Benefits specialist will work with HR colleagues in the management of the bi-annual salary and bonus review process, preparing salary templates and Manager Sheets for review.
The Compensation & Benefits specialist will support HR colleagues in overseeing the benefit cycle for the Wealth Management firm. Liaise with key providers in providing relevant data and information as required
Assist in the production of communication relating to membership changes to Benefit and Pension providers and reconcile membership data of schemes at key intervals as required. Provide support and guidance to staff and the HR team on benefit related queries.
Be responsible for the provision of MI relating to Payroll & benefits as required and working with HR to oversee the implementation of a flexible benefits provision.
The Candidate
Strong experience working in Payroll and Benefits / Pension enrolment – within HR, ideally from a Financial Services background or Corporate business
Must have a Good understanding of HR and Payroll systems (an understanding of pension auto enrolment)
Highly IT literate, with advanced knowledge of Excel
