An established Financial Services business running Investment & Wealth Management services for clients.
The SIPP Operations Administrator will provide administrative support to the Investment SIPP team, on-boarding, maintaining, and monitoring all SIPP administration of SIPP operations ensuring quality service. The role includes:
- Processing and checking all SIPP client on-boarding, ensuring documentation complies with guidelines.
- Setting up and maintaining client, portfolio, and account data in the Investment Management and Pershing systems accurately and timely.
- Completing AML checks for new and existing clients, including KYC and bank account validation checks.
- Processing contribution payments into the client SIPP and setting up Direct Debits when required.
- Managing SIPP client account opening and taking benefit, contribution, and other documentation with third-party administrators to ensure SLA is met.
- Completing daily reconciliations and supporting reconciliation of all SIPP bank accounts.
- Issuing all correspondence produced by third-party administrators to clients.
- Responding to all client queries internally and externally.
- Answering telephones and email queries from intermediaries (IFAs).
- Liaising closely with front office and Transitions teams to ensure efficient completion of SIPP on-boarding and SIPP transfers.
- Owning the Company SIPP fee processes and providing input into daily and weekly calls with the SIPP team and Third-Party administrator.
- Building good and lasting relationships with clients and third parties (internal and external).
The SIPP Team Administrator reports to the SIPP Service Team Manager and will be working closely with the SIPP Oversight Manager.
The Candidate:
- 1-3 years of Pension and SIPP experience is required.
- Experience of payroll processing preferred.
- Experience within a wealth management or asset management environment is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of client account records, including AML client ID guidelines.
- Pershing NEXUS system is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Electronic reregistration and Origo and Altus is an advantage.
- Flexible attitude to working hours.
