The Executive Assistant will provide administrative, organisational, and strategic support to ensure the CEO's time is optimised and the business runs smoothly. This role requires exceptional discretion, professionalism, and the ability to operate with initiative and foresight in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The Executive Assistant will manage and coordinate the CEO's complex diary, schedules, and travel arrangements, as well as inbox management. Responsibilities include:
- Prioritising and filtering requests for the CEO's time, ensuring alignment with the Financial Planning firm's business priorities.
- Ensuring the CEO is briefed ahead of key engagements and anticipating their needs, providing proactive solutions and support.
- Handling confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Preparing letters, high-quality documents, presentations, and reports for meetings as required.
- Organising and providing support for Board meetings, executive committees, executive offsites, key client engagements, and other key business meetings where required.
- Building a strong working relationship with the CEO reflecting a collaborative and trusted style.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience as a PA/EA at C-Suite level, ideally within financial services, professional services, or certainly a fast-paced growth business - corporate environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
