The Client Services Executive will sit within a top performing Relationship Management team for a highly prestigious Private Bank.
Base pay range: Salary: 45 - 65K (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Deal with international client queries including day-to-day account opening, trading on portfolios, payments and lending, and general investment administration (e.g., processing asset transfers and change of address requests; online access issues or questions).
- Monitor transfers of cash and assets to and from client accounts; take trade orders on portfolios and execute the trades.
- Record all money movements daily and report weekly funds.
- Assemble all necessary documentation for Client Meetings, including presentations, meeting materials, review documentation and confidential information.
- Prepare new and maintain existing private client files, including scanning and filing client documents, maintaining these to the company's standards and ensuring they are compliant.
- Data-entry in the CRM system ensuring information is correct and entered properly.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar Client Services or Client Support role within an Investment Management company or Private Bank.
- Experience in executing client orders on portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite; Account Opening experience is beneficial; CRM experience is advantageous (training will be provided).
- IAD - or working towards IAD.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Client Services or Client Support in an Investment Management company or Private Bank.
- Experience in executing client orders on portfolios.
- Strong MS Office skills; Account opening experience beneficial; CRM experience advantageous (training provided).
- Customer-focused with outstanding service mindset.
- IAD or working towards IAD.
