The Role: The Financial Planning Administrator will be a key member of the team and will be involved in all aspects of client service administration and Financial Planning support to a growing team of Financial Planners and Paraplanners. This role is based in London.
- The Financial Planning Administrator will schedule and co-ordinate client meetings.
- Support compliant new business submissions by completing and distributing all relevant internal and external documentation; actively managing the progress of such submissions and ensuring the CRM system is updated correctly.
- Act as the primary interface for client queries from both internal and external clients together with third party providers and work with a varied client base.
- Responsible for the preparation of client review reports, issuing Financial Planning recommendation reports and processing withdrawal requests.
- Liaising with third parties regarding letters of authority; requesting policy information, fund switches and instructing transfers of stock and/or cash.
The Candidate:
- Financial Services Administration experience – ideally IFA Administration, Financial Planning, Wealth Management or Investment Management.
- Experience of Xplan - useful.
- An appreciation of compliance and regulatory knowledge.
- Experience using client management systems / financial planning tools.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel and demonstrate excellent written skills.
- Competent administration of investment and advised products.
