Our client is a Global Asset Management firm with International exposure in varied activities in banking, financial planning, and investment management.

The Role

This Head of Product Management / Senior Product Manager role would suit an experienced Senior Product Manager with at least 10 years Asset Management / Fund Management Product Management experience who is dynamic and driven, highly organised and enjoys working with autonomy, in a busy role that owns the product management process from start to finish.

The Senior Product Management team is the central hub for product-related initiatives and other project work within the Asset Management firm, with senior stakeholder interaction and touchpoints with teams around the world.

The Head of Product Management / Senior Product Manager is to manage the product infrastructure platform within the Asset Management firm, focusing on project work to shape the operation of the platform.

The Head of Product Management / Senior Product Manager will act as secretary to the Investment Funds Product committee, on a quarterly basis, and will act as secretary of the sub committee overseeing fund performance.

The Head of Product Management / Senior Product Manager will efficiently communicate with Group Investment Product Committees and chair regular product updates for internal stakeholders – supporting all product development initiatives including project work involving building new funds and making changes to fund offering to support business development and regulatory changes.

The Head of Product Management / Senior Product Manager is to contribute to Consumer Duty reporting as and when required as well as completing AIFMD regulatory reporting on a quarterly basis.

The Head of Product Management / Senior Product Manager will confidently work with external venders including Fundinfo to best streamline the operations of the product platform.

The Head of Product Management / Senior Product Manager will be heavily involved in Data Management taking responsibility for managing / overseeing EMT, EPT, EET, TPT production and publication. Over seeing both the monthly factsheet production and publication process and KID/KIID/ production.

Ther Senior Product Manager will have a clear and concise Oversight of dynamic data publication (NAVs, GAVs), OCFs, dividends, holdings data and the accurate publication on internal systems, data vendors.

Act as the contact point for client tax reporting, efficiently dealing with queries from cross-border lawyers on share class setup and data requests. The Senior Product Manager will report to Asset Management Boards, Mancos and other stakeholders around the world.

The Candidate

7-10 years minimum Senior level Product Management experience within Asset Management / Investment Management – must have experience in a Product Manager role working with Multi Asset Fund Products.

Experience working on products relating to offshore platforms.

A solid understanding of the regulatory framework

Project Management skills

2.1 Degree – ideally in Economics but flexible on this (experience is more crucial)
