Role Overview

The Senior Wealth Planning Analyst will support the Operations Manager in delivering operational improvements, managing projects, and providing management information to the Wealth Planning Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Wealth Planning Team and Operations Manager with business and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of identified improvements and deliver on required projects.
  • Coordinate and liaise with Compliance, Investment Management and Client Services.
  • Provide day‑to‑day operational support to maintain excellent service levels and client outcomes.
  • Contribute to efficiency improvement initiatives and share best practice.
  • Engage in technical or relevant training, and record Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the industry, market, and financial planning products.

Candidate Profile

  • 3‑5 years of financial planning support experience (wealth planning operations, paraplanning, or business support).
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning products and investment features, including tax implications and client costs.
  • Diploma in Financial Planning desirable, but not essential.
  • Proficiency with Excel and presentation tools such as Power BI.
  • IT skills and familiarity with primary systems (XPlan and Avaloq).
  • Knowledge of Power BI an advantage.
