A well-established boutique Investment Management firm is looking for a Compliance Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in Compliance.
The Compliance Assistant will work on a range of different tasks required by the Head of Compliance and Assurance Director, including:
- Supporting the preparation of management and Board Reports
- Collecting and analysing management information, including for Consumer Duty
- Supporting the Financial Crime Manager using the new business onboarding system
- Performing compliance due diligence in respect of third parties
- Carrying out compliance administrative duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience working within Financial Services or a related industry
- A real interest in Compliance and an ambition to build a career in this field
- Attention to detail and critical thinking
- Strong organisational skills, able to work on a range of tasks
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- The ability to work independently to manage own tasks and deadlines, as well as collaborate with wider team members
