The Role
The Client Services Executive will sit within a top performing Relationship Management team for a highly prestigious Private Bank. The role involves handling international client queries across day-to-day account opening, trading on portfolios, payments and lending, and general investment administration (e.g., processing asset transfers and address changes, online access issues).
Key duties include diligently monitoring transfers of cash and assets to and from client accounts, taking trade orders on portfolios and executing trades; recording all money movements daily and reporting weekly funds; assembling documentation for client meetings (presentations, meeting materials, review documentation, and confidential information); preparing new and maintaining existing private client files (scanning, filing, and ensuring compliance with company standards); data-entry in the CRM system to ensure information is correct.
The Candidate
Possess a minimum of 2-3 yearsβ experience in a similar Client Services or Client Support role within an Investment Management company or Private Bank. IAD / IOC β or working towards. Experience in executing client orders on portfolios. Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite. Account Opening experience β beneficial. CRM experience is advantageous; training will be provided. Demonstrates outstanding customer service and clear communication.
