Company: A well respected and professional Wealth Management and Financial Planning firm with ambitious growth plans.
The
Role: The Assistant will provide administrative, organisational, and strategic support to the Head of Wealth Management and Head of Propositions and supporting them through all of their client engagement work.
This role requires exceptional professionalism, and the ability to operate with initiative and foresight in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The Assistant will manage and coordinate the Senior Leadership team’s complex diaries, schedules, and travel arrangements.
Obtain and prepare paperwork required for client meetings and business submission.
Being involved in client meetings – preparation, attendance to take minutes for meeting notes and follow-up, etc.).
Updating client records following the meetings.
Ensure the Leadership members are briefed ahead of key engagements and anticipate their needs, providing proactive solutions and support.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion operational support.
The Assistant will prepare client letters, high-quality documents, presentations, and reports for meetings as required.
Organise and provide support for Board meetings, executive committees, executive offsites, key client engagements and other key business meetings where required.
The Assistant will build strong working relationships across the Financial Planning firm and with external partners, reflecting a collaborative and trusted style The Candidate Previous experience as an PA or Assistant to senior team leadership / heads of , ideally within financial services - wealth management would be highly desired.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
