SALARY 35-45K The Company Our client is a highly successful and expanding Wealth Management firm, widely recognised with an excellent reputation based in London. The Role This role is a 6 month FTC The Asset Transfers Analyst will confidently and efficiently arrange the transfer in and out of client assets and ISA subscriptions, ensuring client portfolio records are accurate and reflect all assets transferred in the firms system. The Asset Transfers Analyst will work closely with the Settlements and Clients services team ensuring all records on any transferred accounts are fully compliant, as well as communicating with the Front Office team, keeping them informed of all progress on transfers and ISA subscriptions. The Asset Transfers Analyst is to work alongside the Transfers Manager on a daily basis, recording, collating and the distribution of any key management information required. The Asset Transfers Analyst will confidently provide support and input into necessary system changes and any Figaro upgrades and patches, ensuring any new or changing Transfers and ISA functionality is properly understood and tested. The Asset Transfers Analyst is to ensure all procedure/policy documents are in place and are periodically reviewed and kept up to date. The Asset Transfers Analyst will work with a team to develop ways to improve processes and procedures as well as any Ad-hoc issue troubleshooting/problem solving. The Candidate Strong Asset transfer experience with a UK Wealth Manager or Stockbroker. Strong ISA experience/knowledge including HMRC returns Good team player but capable of organising own workload. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. A creative and proactive approach to problem solving Strong organisation skills. Self-motivation.
