We are seeking a dedicated Design Coordinator to become part of our growing UK delivery team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Design Manager on complex projects, typically ranging from £20m to over £100m. You will be involved from the pre-construction phase right through to design close-out, ensuring all design information is fully coordinated, compliant, and buildable.

Working closely with the wider Project Delivery Team, including Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors, you will help deliver projects in line with the programme. About This Role

As a Design Coordinator, your day-to-day will be dynamic and engaging. You'll be at the heart of complex construction projects, coordinating design information between consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams using leading platforms like Procore. You will assist with pre-construction activities, review tender information, identify risks, and help maintain the project's design programme and information release schedule.
