As we continue to expand, we're looking for a confident, people-focused Project Manager to lead our on-site engineering teams and drive excellence across every project.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and coordinating on-site engineers across multiple installation and service projects
- Managing project timelines, resources, budgets, and client expectations
- Acting as the technical point of escalation using your engineering background to guide, support, and problem-solve
- Overseeing installs, upgrades, maintenance, and system integrations across CCTV, access control, cloud platforms, and wider security products
- Ensuring all work meets compliance, quality, and safety standards
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service delivery
- Supporting the growth and development of junior engineers
What We’re Looking For
- Strong technical background ideally as a Project Engineer, Senior Engineer, or similar hands-on role
- Proven experience managing or leading engineering teams
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Confident communicator who can build trust with clients and motivate teams
- Someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying calm under pressure, and taking ownership
