Transport Supervisor required to lead a Night shift (10-6) operation in Rugby for a leading UK contract in the health care industry. You will be working as part of a small nights team in what is best described as a hands-on role, looking after circa 20 drivers and a fleet made up mostly of class 2 vehicles.
You will be completing all transport based duties including tacho management, driver debriefs and some route planning amongst other duties. You will also be responsible for supporting and developing the team around you. This is a really well set up operation with a good work life balance for all staff and development opportunities are always on offer.
We are seeking an experienced candidate with strong front line experience within transport/logistics operations. We are keen to speak with those already at transport supervisor level as well as those ready to step up into management from Clerk/planner level.
Key Information:- £32,000 starting salary
- Sunday - Thursday 2200-0600 (Some Flexibility Required)
- Sundays Early start at 18:00 as paid overtime each week.
- All Bank Holidays Off
