The Role
As a Junior CAD Designer / Estimator, you'll support our sales and project teams by producing drawings, quotations and project documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing layouts and drawings using AutoCAD
- Preparing quotations and costings
- Creating bills of materials
- Processing orders and parts lists
- Supporting customer and distributor enquiries
- Producing Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Assisting with project planning and delivery
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience using AutoCAD or another CAD package
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong organisational and numerical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
This role could suit someone currently working as a CAD Technician, Design Technician, Junior Designer, Graduate Designer, AutoCAD Technician or Junior Estimator looking to develop their career further.
