Description:
- Starting in the credit control then eventually working in the purchase ledger
- Credit application forms and opening new accounts
- Sending letters to customers
- Taking online card payments
- Raising invoices and credits when required
- Scanning, photocopying
- Emails and calls
- Basic Excel work
- Sending copies of invoices and statements
- Follow ups
- Posting cash into the account if required
- General admin duties
