Join us as a Sales Associate to play a key part in our continued growth, learn about the world of eCommerce, and utilise creative outreach strategies.

What you will be doing:

  • Working alongside our team of SDRs and Sales Consultants to generate new clients for J&J Fulfilment by converting inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Finding and closing new business opportunities through outbound outreach.
  • Using strategic planning to generate leads and following up on inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns or website enquiries.
  • Becoming an industry expert for prospective clients, showcasing our award-winning software through online demonstrations and bespoke pricing before closing new business.

Please note this role is located at our Northampton office, with the option of 1 day WFH per week.

Experience / Skills:

  • Previous inbound & outbound sales experience (e.g., Business Development, SDR)
  • Able to learn new things quickly and understand technical solutions
  • Team player, willing to get involved
  • Motivated and focused on targets
  • Great time management and organisational skills
  • Confident making outbound phone calls
