We're on the lookout for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. What you will be doing...
As an SDR, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts helping to identify and create new opportunities for our high-performing sales team. Your mission will be to showcase the unique value J&J brings to eCommerce businesses, and you'll have access to all the tools you need to succeed - cutting-edge sales collateral, Salesforce CRM, and expert training from our team.
Your day to day will include:
- Sourcing & hunting: You'll use strategic planning and creative outreach routes across a variety of channels to find and connect with potential new clients.
- Booking high value meetings: Your main goal will be generating a targeted number of qualified appointments each month that our Sales Team can convert to closed, won business.
- Owning the process: From that very first cold call to a smooth handover, you'll follow our lead generation process to keep our sales pipeline packed with high quality prospects.
- CRM mastery: You'll use Salesforce to keep our data accurate and meaningful - logging activities and setting tasks so no opportunity slips through the cracks.
