We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Foodservice Business Development Executive to drive new business growth and develop strong relationships across independent, mid-sized, and large group accounts in the hospitality and restaurant sector. This is a field-based role suited for a proactive professional with strong industry connections and a passion for building long-term client partnerships.

To be successful you must have:

  • Proven experience in B2B foodservice or catering sales, ideally with both independent and multi-site group accounts.
  • Strong network and credibility within the foodservice and hospitality industry.
  • Track record of winning new accounts and tenders through consultative selling.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Identify, target, and secure new independent and group accounts within the foodservice and hospitality sector.
  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to achieve new business and revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in restaurant chains, catering groups, and hospitality operators.
  • Lead the tender process from initial contact to contract negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategy.
