We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Junior Sales Associate to work directly with our Branch Manager and leadership team, visiting customers, promoting our products, and helping us grow our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years of sales experience who’s ready to learn, earn, and progress. All training will be provided – we just need your ambition, energy, and willingness to get stuck in.
Salary: up to £32,000 per annum
What you’ll be doing:
- Visiting customers across the region to build relationships, understand their needs, and promote our latest offers.
- Onboarding new customers and growing our database while keeping existing customers happy.
- Gathering market insight by comparing our products and prices to competitors and feeding back ideas to improve our range.
- Supporting our branch counter team when needed – serving customers, handling collections, and getting valuable feedback on our service.
- Representing our brand in a professional, friendly, and approachable way at all times.
What we’re looking for:
- Self-motivated and positive, even when faced with rejection.
- Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Interest in the food service industry and a desire to build a long-term sales career.
