We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and energise our Telesales, Customer Service, and Sales Administration teams. This is a full-time office-based role reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, ideal for a hands-on leader who can drive performance, improve service quality, and transform team dynamics.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the Telesales, Customer Service, and Sales Admin teams to achieve sales and service excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer retention, and enhance service delivery.
