We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and energise our Telesales, Customer Service, and Sales Administration teams. This is a full-time office-based role reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, ideal for a hands-on leader who can drive performance, improve service quality, and transform team dynamics.

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the Telesales, Customer Service, and Sales Admin teams to achieve sales and service excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer retention, and enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor team performance, set clear KPIs, and ensure accountability across all functions.
  • Identify training needs and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with broader business objectives.
  • Analyse customer feedback and sales data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
  • Champion a proactive, customer-first approach across all touchpoints.

Excellent communication, coaching, and performance management capabilities. Commercially minded with a focus on results, service quality, and operational efficiency. Able to work independently, take initiative, and deliver measurable outcomes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, including managing large accounts and progressing from ground level. They should be skilled in dealing with independent customers and engaging confidently with team members.
