As Site Manager – Operations, you will take full responsibility for the performance and leadership of the Nottingham site. This includes oversight of all key functions – Delivery, Office, Sales, Stock Control, Warehouse, and Security of the premises – ensuring they are managed to the highest operational standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site operations in line with company objectives.
- Inspire, motivate, and develop diverse teams to achieve short- and long-term targets.
- Maintain and enhance customer service standards across all areas of the site.
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Protect company premises, assets, and stock through effective security and control measures.
- Monitor performance, implement improvements, and report progress to senior leadership.
- Act as the senior leader on-site, representing JJ Food Service values at all times.
