We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Picking Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the picking operation, ensuring customer orders are picked accurately, efficiently and prepared for collection or delivery. A proactive approach, strong leadership skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities Of The Role:
- Lead and support the day-to-day picking operation within the warehouse
- Ensure customer orders are picked accurately and prepared for collection and delivery
- Monitor stock accuracy and ensure products are stored and handled correctly
- Support, train and develop team members to achieve operational objectives
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure efficient workflow and excellent service standards
