Office Manager
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Office Manager.
In this role, you will oversee the smooth operation of our office, ensuring an excellent customer service experience by providing effective management and support across all office functions.
A proactive approach, the ability to prioritize effectively, and the initiative to manage your workload independently are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities Of The Role
- Oversee and manage office administrator duties with regards to the whole recruitment process.
- Ensure all employees are fully trained according to their job role.
- Manage the preparation of documentation and information as required.
- Manage the accuracy of personnel files, databases, data entry and other documents/systems as required.
- High level language and of computer literacy (Good levels of command Word, Excel is a must)
