Freezer Team Leader in Nottingham

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Freezer Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the freezer operation, ensuring frozen products are stored, picked and prepared accurately whilst maintaining the highest standards of food safety, stock integrity and operational efficiency. A proactive approach, strong leadership skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

• Experience in a warehouse, freezer or food distribution environment
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Good organisational and problem‑solving abilities
• The ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• A good understanding of warehouse operations and Health & Safety requirements

Responsibilities Of The Role

• Lead and support the day‑to‑day freezer operation within the warehouse
• Ensure frozen products are stored, picked and prepared accurately for collection and delivery
• Monitor stock accuracy, product quality and freezer temperatures to maintain product integrity
• Support, train and develop team members to achieve operational objectives
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and food safety procedures
• Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure efficient workflow and excellent service standards
