The Role: As Site Manager – Operations, you will take full ownership of the new Nottingham site, leading it from launch through to becoming a high-performing branch. You will oversee all key functions including:
- Delivery
- Office operations
- Sales
- Stock control
- Warehouse
- Site security
Your leadership will be central to building a high-performing team, strong culture, and operational excellence from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all site operations in line with company objectives
- Build, inspire, and develop multi-functional teams
