Join one of the UK’s leading food service wholesalers and kickstart your career in sales. We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Junior Sales Associate to work directly with our Branch Manager and leadership team, visiting customers, promoting our products, and helping us grow our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years of sales experience who’s ready to learn, earn, and progress. All training will be provided – we just need your ambition, energy, and willingness to get stuck in.

Salary: up to £31,000 per annum.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Visiting customers across the region to build relationships, understand their needs, and promote our latest offers.
  • Onboarding new customers and growing our database while keeping existing customers happy.
  • Gathering market insight by comparing our products and prices to competitors and feeding back ideas to improve our range.
  • Supporting our branch counter team when needed – serving customers, handling collections, and getting valuable feedback on our service.
  • Representing our brand in a professional, friendly, and approachable way at all times.

What we’re looking for:

  • Self‑motivated and positive, even when faced with rejection.
  • Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Interest in the food service industry and a desire to build a long‑term sales career.
  • Full of ideas, keen to learn, and not afraid to share feedback.
  • A self‑starter who enjoys working on the go as well as in a fast‑paced branch environment.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
