Salary: £33,000.00 per annum
We Are Looking For Applicants Who Have:
- Valid HGV License
- Previous experience in a similar role or in warehouse and logistics
- Knowledge of transport methods
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to operate and control equipment
Responsibilities Of The Role:
- Ensure compliance with all instructions relating to the use and storage of equipment.
- Record vehicles chiller and freezer temperature on relevant documentation.
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and security of vehicles.
- Adhere to reporting procedures in the event of incidents or accidents.
- Carry out daily inspections of assigned vehicle and report any emergency maintenance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for Health & Safety.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business requirements.
- All transfers are made in a timely manner.
- Goods are delivered to the customers efficiently.
