Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.
The Transcend, Senior Analyst PMO Operations supports PMO activities for Transcend—a global program driving standard ways of working and consolidating 7 ERP systems into 1 standardized S/4 HANA platform supporting the Innovative Medicine business. This position will be located in Titusville, NJ with alternate locations to be considered in Beerse, Belgium; Dublin, Ireland; Latina, Italy; Lisbon, Portugal; Madrid, Spain; Toronto, Ontario, Canada; Milano, Italy; Sao Paulo, Brazil; Wokingham, United Kingdom; and Zug, Switzerland.
This role focuses on program coordination, reporting, governance support, and analysis across functions, regions, and multiple parallel releases. The position helps maintain accurate plans, track risks and issues, support governance forums, and provide timely insights to enable effective decision-making. The role works closely with Global Program Managers, PMO team members, and cross-functional stakeholders to support program transparency, consistency, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support PMO operations across program phases by preparing materials and inputs for governance forums.
- Maintain the integrated project plan and drive RAID and change control tracking through timely updates, documentation, and follow-up.
- Monitor schedule and scope performance, identify variances, and advance risks or issues through established governance processes.
- Develop and deliver recurring status reports and dashboards that provide clear, accurate, and actionable program insights.
- Track deliverables, decisions, and action items to ensure accountability and support execution across the program.
- Maintain organized, accurate PMO documentation aligned with compliance and quality standards.
Cross-Functional Coordination and Stakeholder Support
- Partner with Global Program Managers, Deployment Leads, and PMO teams to coordinate activities and align priorities across workstreams.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings by capturing key decisions, action items, dependencies, and follow-up deliverables.
- Build strong relationships across geographically dispersed teams to enable collaboration, transparency, and effective information flow.
- Provide analytical and operational support to drive issue resolution, manage escalations, and ensure governance follow-through.
Reporting, Analysis, and Continuous Improvement
- Analyze PMO data and performance trends to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain reporting, metrics, and visual summaries for PMO operations performance and resource needs.
- Recommend and support enhancements to PMO processes, tools, and templates to improve consistency, transparency, and efficiency.
- Ensure accurate tracking of plans, risks, issues, and actions to support timely execution and successful program delivery.
Experience
- Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, information systems, or a related field.
- Required: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience.
- Support delivery execution by managing RAID logs, tracking schedules, and providing clear status, risk, and issue updates.
- Collaborate across global, cross-functional teams to drive alignment and deliver outcomes in a matrixed environment.
- Analyze data, synthesize insights, and support operational decision-making with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Apply strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
- Communicate effectively through concise written and verbal updates tailored to a variety of stakeholders.
- Use project management and reporting tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and planning or tracking applications, to support execution and visibility.
- Apply knowledge of delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and change control principles to support consistent execution.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, following through on deadlines, deliverables, and action items.
Preferred:
- Bring 5+ years of experience in program management, PMO operations, project coordination, business analysis, or related roles, supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
Other:
- PMO, project management, or analytics-related certification is a plus.
- Up to 25% domestic and international travel.
