Operating as a senior, cross-functional leader, the role drives end-to-end network decisions (e.g., capacity, footprint, flows, and operating model) through robust business cases, disciplined program management, and measurable benefit delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Strategy Development (Design → Decision) Develop an integrated Supply Chain network strategy aligned to business priorities, customer needs, and growth plans; translate strategy into a multi-year roadmap with clear milestones and outcomes. Lead network assessments and scenario evaluation to optimize service, capacity, resilience, and cost-to-serve, balancing trade-offs and recommending the best path forward. Establish network standards and capabilities that can be leveraged at scale across business units/regions within Deliver.
  • Execution Leadership & Program Governance (Decision → Delivery) Design and execute a global roadmap to turn network strategies into clear programs, ensuring consistent and effective implementation. Lead a portfolio of network initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring disciplined project management, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and cadence-based reporting. Establish and enforce governance routines and performance mechanisms to ensure accountability for outcomes and benefits realization.
  • End-to-End Deliver Performance & Continuous Improvement Provide leadership oversight to improve end-to-end Deliver performance through systems, process controls, and continuous improvement—strengthening reliability, responsiveness, and execution rigor. Establish, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and use benchmarking/performance insights to improve service, cost efficiency, quality, and vendor performance. Identify structural opportunities across logistics and service models to optimize cost-to-serve while maintaining or improving customer outcomes.
  • IBP / Demand & Capacity Trade-off Leadership Serve as a senior contributor in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) by providing insights into demand signals, capacity constraints, and risk/opportunity trade-offs; help translate commercial ambition into executable supply chain plans. Optimize working capital by driving network optimization initiatives that balance inventory levels, service reliability and cost efficiency for better cash flow generation. Partner with leaders to proactively surface network constraints and remove recurring bottlenecks impacting service, growth, and cost.
  • Financial, Compliance & Operational Management Manage operational governance for the function/programs, including budget oversight, performance management, and compliance/risk considerations. Partner with Finance to ensure strong financial planning, tracking, and transparency for network programs, including savings and investment performance.
  • People Leadership & Capability Building Lead, coach, and develop leaders and high-performing teams; build succession-ready capability across network strategy, analytics, and execution. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement across diverse, matrixed stakeholders.
