Position Summary: The Manager, EHS&S Insights & Analytics is responsible for leading the enterprise EHS&S data, analytics, reporting, and digital information management ecosystem. This role owns the governance and optimization of EHS&S data systems, ensuring accurate, compliant, and decision-ready data that drives risk reduction, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and informed decision-making. The role serves as the primary global owner for EHS&S digital data platforms, metrics, dashboards, analytics standards, and data governance. This role partners with IT, EHS&S leadership, and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent reporting across sites, regions, and functions.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- 25% - Serve as business owner and functional lead for EHS&S digital information management systems (e.g., incident management, compliance tracking, environmental reporting, audit management, sustainability data).
- 25% - Define standard KPIs and metrics across health & safety, environmental, and sustainability, align digital system outputs with executive dashboards, scorecards, and leadership reporting and ensuring analytics reflect both leading and lagging indicators of EHS&S performance.
- 15% - Lead system configuration, enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement in partnership with IT and vendors, acting as the primary interface between EHS&S, IT, digital, and vendors.
- 10% - Ensure systems support regulatory reporting, internal audits, management reviews, and external disclosures.
- 10% - Develop training materials and guidance for system users and EHS&S stakeholders.
- 10% - Drive standardization of digital processes across sites and regions while allowing for approved local regulatory variations.
- 5% - Own the EHS&S data lifecycle, from data creation and validation through retention, archival, and audit readiness.
Other Duties: Support leadership, board, and executive reporting requirements. Build organizational capability in data literacy, system use, and analytics-driven decision-making. Act as escalation point for system issues impacting EHS&S data integrity or reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
- Required Years of Related Experience: 6-8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or digital systems management within regulated environments.
- Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience with Intelex. Strong understanding of data governance, reporting, and audit requirements. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into digital and analytics solutions.
Travel on the Job: Travel Required: Yes. Percentage Traveled: Less than 5%. Type of Travel Required: Domestic and International.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred Minimum Education: Master’s degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Environmental Management, or similar.
- Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience supporting ESG, sustainability reporting, or external disclosures. Experience managing enterprise system deployments or major enhancements. Experience with Tableau & Power BI.
Key Working Relationships:
- Internal: Global EHSS leadership, Regional EHS&S Operations Teams, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain.
- External: External service providers and consultants.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct reports. Indirect Reports: Supervision and direction of external services providers and consultants.
Decision Making Authority: Trains employees; plans work of others; reviews work quality and quantity; recommends budget amounts.
