**Purpose of the role**
You will play a crucial role in accelerating sales performance, market share gain and profitability within the CMF business.

**Strategic Planning** : Developing and implementing business plans to achieve financial and operational goals for their unit.
**Team Leadership** : Leading, motivating, and managing staff to ensure high performance and effective collaboration.
**Budget Management** : Overseeing the unit's budget, ensuring that financial objectives are met, and making cost-effective decisions.
**Performance Monitoring** : Evaluating key performance indicators and metrics to assess the unit's success and identify areas for improvement.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration** : Coordinating with other departments and ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.
**Market Analysis** : Analysing market trends and competitors to enhance the unit's position and offerings.
**Strategic development and shaping** : Working closely with marketing to develop the future strategy and vision for the business unit.

**Who are we looking for?**
Experienced sales and marketing leader with a track record of delivering results versus target in challenging business environments within the last three years
Experience in healthcare industry, Orthopaedics markets preferred; demonstrated ability to understand the portfolio of products
Leadership experience leading Sales & Marketing Organisations with continuous & proven track record of success
Knowledge of the orthopaedic and medical device environment
Extensive experience in the Health Care sector
Strong organizational leadership with a track record engaging large teams effectively and ability to create a winning culture
