This role plays a critical part in enabling the effective delivery of compliance within EMEA. As a Business Compliance Associate, you will provide guidance, review and approvals of business activities, ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with Health Care Compliance (HCC) requirements. Acting as a trusted partner, you will support HCP engagements, contracting, payments and compliance processes by delivering practical guidance, approvals and solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide administrative support to the Business Compliance Specialist and Senior Specialist
Act asa key point ofcontact for event compliance, contracts, and payments;maintainauditable records for all process stages.
Guide, review, and approve business requests
Prepare, draftandreview contracts using approved templates,systemsand processes
Ensure all activities are fully compliant, withappropriate documentationand approvals in place prior to execution
Support the delivery andintegrity of transparency reporting activities, ensuring accuracy,completenessandtimelydelivery
Deliverad-hoctraining to the businessasrequired
Support HCP/GO travel and accommodation processes, in line with company policy and local requirements, where applicable andin accordance withthe agreed operating model
Process andsubmitPOs andaccuratepaymentsin a timely manner, where applicable
Participate in business discussions to provide Business Complianceexpertiseand execution of business activities
Communicate clearly across a diverse and geographically distributed stakeholder group
Build effective working relationships with business stakeholders andprovidetimelyguidance on compliance processes and requirements.
Support onboarding of new team members
Report and escalate issuesas appropriate,to the Senior Specialist and in line with team governance and escalation pathways
**Qualifications**
**Education:**
A minimum of 5yearsadministrationexperience, orequivalent professional experience
Bachelors degree is preferred (e.g.Business, LifeSciencesor related field)
**Experience and Skills Required**
StrongIT andorganisationalskills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesconstructively
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to audit-quality standards
Experiencemaintainingaccuraterecords and working within defined processes
