As a member of I.M.F.T, you will be at the heart of delivering an integrated, cross‑functional transformation that optimises resources, investment allocation, and value creation across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Process Mapping & Transformation: Perform end‑to‑end process mapping of the current direct procurement and contract manufacturing processes, both internal and with third parties within the supply chain and principal operations, identifying pain points and inefficiencies. Drive initiatives to standardise, harmonise, and automate processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in collaboration with the IMSC, Source Finance, and IMPO teams.
- Continuous Improvement & Optimization: Act as a core business user and advocate for ongoing process refinement. Identify opportunities for streamlining the direct procurement and sub‑contracting process, leveraging best practices and technological advancements to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships across finance, source, supply chain, manufacturing, and other relevant functions. Ensure effective communication and alignment of transformation initiatives, facilitating a collaborative approach to process innovation.
- Value‑Driven Prioritisation: Assess and prioritise transformation opportunities based on their potential to generate maximum value. Continuously evaluate the end‑to‑end direct procurement and sub‑contracting process to identify high‑impact projects and ensure alignment with organisational strategic goals.
Qualifications
- University or bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Experience in finance roles.
- Experience with direct procurement and/or sub‑contracting processes would be considered a great asset for this role.
- Prior experience and familiarity with finance transformation initiatives are advantageous.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a benefit.
