The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

In our complex and changing healthcare environment, the Key Account Manager (KAM) will develop a deep understanding of customer dynamics and translate these insights into long‑term strategies and value‑based propositions.

Each KAM is responsible for the management and growth of a portfolio of customers with a value of over $50M, making it a senior role within the UK team player with an enthusiastic, positive mindset.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.

Project management orientation with the ability to prioritize and manage a complex list of projects to completion.

Successful engagement with clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders on operational matters.

Working understanding of operative pathways in a hospital (surgical environment).

University degree in business administration, marketing effective written and verbal communication skills in local language(s) and English.

Data analysis skills and ability to draw actionable conclusions.

Creative divergent thinking, problem‑solving skills, mental toughness, self‑awareness, adaptability and resilience to stress.
