Job title: RCM Engineer Location: Home/Site (Nationwide & lodge, WFH utilised) Salary: £40-45k p.a. & Van Our client is a reliability ccentred maintenance consulting organisation who carry out a wide range of Reliability Improvement works for a variety of clients within the FMCG industry. These include, but are not limited to:- – Asset lists generation -Cricality assessments – RCM studies – Condition Monitoring – Root cause analysis – Delivery of a proprietary Asset Care Assessment This role requires flexibility when required by business demands. They have idenetified a requirement for an RCM Engineer to join their growing organisation. This position is home based with travel to client sites and included a van as part of the package. Education level: Essential: • GCSE – Maths, English • Electrically or mechanically qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent • Electrical or mechanical advanced apprenticeship • Microsoft Office • Advanced experience with MS Excel (formulae, v look up etc.) Must hold a valid, clean UK driving licence Desireable: • CAT1 VA, IR or Acoustics • HNC/HND Experience required: • Experience in a Reliability Engineering role • Experience using RCM methodology Essential skills: • Ability to communicate at all levels within the business • Ability to liaise with clients to ensure works are as undisruptive to production as possible • Ability to hand over tasks efficiently • Ability to use and communicate via a project management system • Have a positive attitude • Have great organisational skills • Be process driven • Ability to prioritise workloads • Work and communicatein in a professional manner
