Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager Swindon, Wiltshire | £40,000 – £45,000 | 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote Are you a GRC professional ready to take ownership of governance, risk, and compliance at a business that takes it seriously? We're recruiting for a Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager to build, embed, and continually strengthen the organisation's approach to governance, risk management, and compliance. This is a hands-on role covering the full framework — from shaping policy and process through to ongoing monitoring and improvement — working closely with technical teams, senior stakeholders, and external auditors along the way. Data protection will be a core part of the remit, so strong working knowledge of UK GDPR is essential, including practical experience with Records of Processing Activities (ROPA), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIA), and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).
