We're partnering with a dynamic IT operation in Swindon that's searching for an ambitious IT Service Desk Engineer who's hungry for progression within a 24/7/365 shift environment. If you love taking ownership, supporting others, and want a clear route into leadership, this role puts you right in the spotlight. Plus the 4 on 4 off shift gives you increased time for your other interests! This is also offered with hybrid working, 1 day per week.

As the Deputy Shift Leader, you'll be the go-to person for escalations, team support, and keeping the service desk running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering confident 1st/2nd line support across a busy, enterprise-level environment
  • Owning incidents from start to finish and driving quick, effective resolutions
  • Supporting and guiding junior engineers, helping raise the bar across the team
