You will be the go-to lead authority for ServiceNow architecture, working closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimise enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs aligned with best practices.
- Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, from proof-of-concept to production deployment.
