We’re recruiting for a well-established E-Commerce business in Blackpool seeking to add an Internal Sales Administrator to their team.
Around 60% of the role will involve:
- Processing high volumes of parcels and customer orders
- Coordinating drop-shipped deliveries and tracking orders
- Updating systems with accurate order and delivery information
- Handling customer queries over the phone and via email
- Providing general customer service support
- Assisting with website administration and product updates
- Supporting with stock and order-related administration
What we’re looking for:
- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Warehouse, dispatch or logistics administration experience would be beneficial
- Confident telephone manner
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using systems and learning new processes
- Someone proactive who enjoys keeping things organised
