You will play a key role in the commercial operations and customer journey, ensuring that leads are followed up, quotes are processed, samples are sent, and clients are kept informed. You’ll support the full sales and customer journey - following up on leads, managing quotes and samples, and ensuring client satisfaction from enquiry to delivery. You will represent and manage internal sales processes and oversee external client communication. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone with technical sales awareness who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming commercial and technical sales enquiries.
- Maintain the customer database, update and manage the sales pipeline.
- Provide sales reports, customer presentations, pitch documents, and compliance forms.
- Ensure timely responses to RFQs and maintain documentation for B2B client accounts.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience in sales support, customer service, or account management - ideally in a technical or B2B environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
