About the Role

Shape a Service That Changes Lives. As our Registered Manager you will lead a dedicated team, set standards, and shape a high‑quality residential service that empowers residents to live fulfilling, independent lives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong, person‑centred leadership, promoting empowerment and accountability.
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, maintaining the highest standards of care, safety and documentation.
  • Lead by example, inspiring a motivated team that delivers exceptional support and positive outcomes.
  • Manage all aspects of staffing – recruitment, training, supervision and rota management.
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments and personalised support packages.
  • Collaborate with external professionals, families and commissioners to achieve shared goals.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and strategic development of the service.

Essential Requirements

  • At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience in mental health, learning disability or complex care settings.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and people‑management skills.
  • A passion for person‑centred care and continuous improvement.
  • Candidates with experience of Registered Manager, Care Home Manager, CQC Registered Manager, Mental Health Service Manager, Learning Disabilities Manager, Residential Care Manager or Social Care Leadership may also be considered.
