Your Role & Responsibilities
As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall leadership, quality, and compliance of our residential service. You will:
- Provide strong, person-centred leadership to your team, promoting a culture of empowerment and accountability.
- Ensure CQC compliance and maintain the highest standards of care, safety, and documentation.
- Lead by example, inspiring a motivated team that delivers exceptional support and positive outcomes.
- Manage all aspects of staffing, including recruitment, training, supervision, and rota management.
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and personalised support packages.
- Work collaboratively with external professionals, families, and commissioners to achieve shared goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and strategic development of the service.
What We’re Looking For
You’re an experienced, compassionate leader who understands what it takes to run an outstanding residential service. Essential:
- At least 3 years’ management or supervisory experience within mental health, learning disability, or complex care settings.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality assurance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills.
- A passion for person-centred care and continuous improvement.
