Job Description

  • Partnership Strategy & Ecosystem Development
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand our technology and commercial ecosystem.
    • Identify, recruit, and manage strategic technology partners, consulting firms, system integrators, resellers, and service providers.
    • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner organizations to drive long-term mutual success.
    • Create and execute detailed partner business plans, including growth objectives, joint initiatives, enablement programs, and success metrics.
    • Evaluate partnership opportunities and develop business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses to support investment decisions.
  • Technology Partnerships & Integrations
    • Drive the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing and vision-selling through technical discovery, integration planning, launch, and ongoing growth.
    • Align technical integration capabilities with customer needs, product strategy, and commercial outcomes.
    • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize integration roadmaps and ensure successful implementation.
    • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and go-to-market organizations to maximize adoption and partner success.
    • Manage complex commercial, legal, and technical negotiations to ensure scalable and sustainable partnership agreements.
  • Revenue Growth & Joint Go-To-Market
    • Develop and execute joint marketing, demand generation, and co-selling initiatives with partners.
    • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth and revenue generation.
    • Lead partner enablement activities, including training, certifications, implementation readiness, and sales onboarding.
    • Monitor partner performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts to ensure achievement of business objectives.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and execute expansion opportunities within strategic accounts.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Influence
    • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging partnership opportunities.
    • Gather customer and partner feedback and provide recommendations to Product Management regarding product enhancements, roadmap priorities, pricing, and positioning.
    • Analyze partnership program effectiveness and recommend improvements to maximize ecosystem performance and growth.

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Technology Partnerships, Strategic Alliances, Channel Sales, Business Development, or Enterprise Software Sales.
  • Proven success building and managing partner ecosystems that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience working with technology partners, system integrators, consulting organizations, resellers, and strategic alliances.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, APIs, integrations, and platform ecosystems.
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives, including VP and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans and partnership initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, business case development, and partnership economics.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Experience managing complex negotiations involving technical, legal, and commercial considerations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technologies such as Cloud, IT Asset Management (ITAM), FinOps, ERP, HRIS, ITSM, Security, or Financial Management platforms.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within iPaaS, FinTech, Expense Management, IT Operations, Cloud Management, or Enterprise Software environments.
  • Experience launching and scaling API-based partnerships and integration programs.
  • International or multi-region partnership management experience, particularly across EMEA markets.
