Your future team:
As part of Prospects.ac.uk, the UK’s leading graduate careers site with over a million monthly student visitors, our Customer Success team plays a central role in delivering high quality digital marketing campaigns for employers across the UK. We’re a collaborative, service driven team focused on guiding clients through every stage of their campaign journey. Our priority is making sure customers feel informed, supported, and confident, with clear communication and proactive problem solving at the heart of everything we do.
Working closely with our sales account managers, we help employers promote their opportunities to the UK’s largest graduate audience. It’s a fast paced, communicative environment built on shared success, where great customer service and effective digital marketing go hand in hand.
What your day looks like:
You’ll be at the centre of campaign delivery and the customer experience. Your day might include:
- Logging new customer orders into our CRM (Salesforce) to kick off campaigns smoothly.
- Supporting the sales team by ensuring campaign details are accurate and ready for delivery.
- Guiding customers through the process by gathering the information and wording required for their advertisements, while addressing enquiries to ensure the campaign progresses smoothly.
- Coordinating with our digital advertising operations team to deliver campaigns on time and to specification.
- Producing campaign performance insights for account managers to help shape future recommendations.
Every interaction you have contributes to a seamless customer journey, and you’ll quickly become a trusted point of contact for both customers and colleagues.
How this role supports Multi-Channel Marketing:
Our customers promote their opportunities across a range of digital channels, including job boards, targeted email, social media, and display advertising. As part of this role, you’ll learn how these channels work together to create effective, multi‑touch campaigns that reach the right students at the right time.
Your responsibilities will give you hands-on experience with:
- Building and delivering campaigns across multiple platforms
- Adapting messaging and creative assets for different channels
- Using performance data to optimise future activity
- Supporting the full marketing lifecycle through Customer Success
This multichannel exposure directly links to the qualification you’ll earn during your apprenticeship, giving you both the theory and the real-world experience to apply it confidently.
The combination of customer journey ownership, sales support, and multi‑channel marketing experience sets you up for future roles such as Account Manager, Customer Success Executive, or Digital Marketing Executive.
Who we’re looking for:
You don’t need experience, just enthusiasm and a genuine interest in digital marketing, customer experience, or technology. We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:
- Enjoys helping people and communicating clearly
- Organised and pays attention to detail
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Has explored creative or digital tools (social media, design, media studies, digital art, even just for fun!)
Ready to shape the customer journey, support sales, and dive into multi‑channel marketing? Apply now and kick‑start an exciting career!
At Jisc we value in-person meetings wherever possible, so you’ll be expected to travel to our Manchester office at a minimum of once a week (though you’re welcome to come in more often if you fancy it). These face-to-face meetups spark creative collaboration, strengthen team relationships, and boost bonding, and you’ll get to enjoy our swanky offices while you’re at it. You’ll also benefit from ongoing development and support in your role, with opportunities to grow your skills, learn from colleagues, and shape your career in a collaborative environment.
