JD.com’s International TET (iTET) programme is a high‑speed leadership accelerator designed for recent graduates and current students in supply chain, technology or business related disciplines. Over a three‑year period you will complete five months of intensive learning on JD’s heritage and strategy, followed by hands‑on stints in Joybuy (retail) or Joylogistics (operations) to accelerate your growth and prepare you for senior leadership roles within JD’s global business.
Experience & Benefits

Eligibility & Requirements
- Current students or recent graduates in supply chain, technology or business related subjects
- Fluent in English (C1 level); Chinese Mandarin not required

- Agile mindset: thrive on change, open to innovation, and committed to continuous personal growth
- Team collaborator: proven ability to lead or work effectively within a group
- Owner mindset: self‑starter with integrity, focus on customer outcomes and ability to get things done
- Internationally mobile – willingness to live or work in another country
- Indefinite right to work in the UK, France, Germany or the Netherlands (please note)
Compensation & Location
The programme is based in London for the first five months, with travel to a logistics site and occasional visits to Group HQ in Beijing, China. Rotational assignments may lead to continued work in the UK or an international location within the EU.
